The second biggest city in Canada is Montreal. You will find it in the south part of Quebec. French and English are the two primary languages spoken in the region.

Of the many cool things to do in Montreal, gambling is one of your options. Many tourists who visit stay in the casino hotels. If you travel at the right time, you can still find a Montreal cheap hotel with casinos. Or one near one of the hotels.

Casino hotels are, however, usually luxurious and have the casino right there on site. Anyone can come in and relax and just have a nice holiday, or else can gamble and go out and have fun that way.

The casino is made up of of three buildings. Two of the buildings, the French Pavilion and the Quebec Pavilion, were made for Expo 67. The third of the buildings is an annex built by the casino. The main building is five floors tall and there are over 3200 slot machines and more than 120 gaming tables in the casino.

The casino has four restaurants, four bars, meeting facilities, a cabaret and banquet facilities. Unlike many of the vegas casinos, the Montreal casino is a bit different in that it gas low ceilings and windows.

The casino never closes, seven days a week to its customers. The age limit is 18 years old. It is also a non-smoking casino ever since July of 2003. Alcoholic is prohibited in the casino's playing areas.
